ABOUT ME

EARLY LIFE

My first camera was a gift that I received from my mother when I was only 10 years of age. When I developed my first film, the fact that one could freeze moments and memories  from just developing a film is what struck me the most.

By 2001 I had my very own digital camera and vividly remember the sheer enthusiasm and awe of seeing my clicks immediately; to me this was nothing short of magic! Just 4 years  down the line I upgraded to my first ever Sony DSC F828 and the rest is history.

JOURNEY SO FAR..

I have travelled  to 17 countries, 5 of which are on the African continent. Throughout all my travel expeditions, I have taken thousands of pictures. However, my fascination of Nature grows with every picture I take. This  has led me to cover all national parks in India, explore the great migration in Masai Mara, trek Gosaikunda, Muktinath in Nepal, and traverse the mighty Himalayas!

GOAL

My goal is to preserve nature, wildlife and take steps in ensuring  this world is left in a better place than how we have found it. I aim to conduct group tours in many national parks with the hope that I am able to inspire others around me to appreciate Mother Nature, preserve and respect its beauty; and truly feel that through photography  people are able to get a glimpse of what a beautiful world we reside in.

I conduct photography classes and seminars for children so the young hearts grow fond of the craft as early as I did!
